- Body of furnace:
It includes shell (thickness is 16mm), pedestal and cover, there are water cooling jecket round the furnace’s cover and mouth; Conductive electrode arm with lifting mechanism, level water cooled electrode arm, feed hole and discharge hole, the operation is controlled by control box. Tilting is controlled by hydraulic pump.
The fireproofing has two layers, the outside is refractory sand, the thickness is 200mm, we will build it in China, inside is carbon paste, thickness is 200mm, we will send the material to your plant, then we’ll tech you how to build it. This is our exclusive design, use this design, the shell can be touched by hand, it will save a lot of energy.
- Transformer with rectifier:
The power of transformer is 800KVA, input voltage is 10KV, input current is 46.24A, output voltage is DC 95-185V, output current is DC 8360A, primary coil is 35mm2, total secondary coil is 4250mm2. (The actual data shall prevail). Rectifier can rectify the output power from AC to DC, it is diode rectification. There are water jackets between diode for cooling.
Our transformer has special design, it can keep working 24 hours.
The transformer oil is normal 25# transformer oil, it is easy to buy it anywhere; The diode
- Control box:
The control panel includes voltmeter, three amperemeters, the thermometer of transformer and water.
The switch of manual/semi-automatic/automatic operation, all of the operational keys and indicator lights, include general power on/off, oil pump on/off, water pump on/off, electrode quick up/down, electrode slow up/down.
They all be operated by PLC and frequency converter, for example, if you operate the switch of manual/semi-automatic/automatic, the singnal will send to PLC, PLC will send singnal to transducer, transducer will drive the motor of electric conducting arm operation.
- Water cooling cable:
Diameter of copper cable is 500mm2, Diameter of water pipe is 2.5 inch, water can follow in it for cooling, Length is 3.2 meters.
- Hydraulic pump:
Power of motor is 3KW, Tow ways, Working pressure is 5-12 MPa.
- Water pump:
Power is 2.2KW, Flowrate ≥15 tons per hour. It is used to supply cooling water.
